Great food, very visually appealing, and amazing people
Great food, kind service.
The service is slow on a good day. The food is alright but portions are small for the prices being charged. The friendly staff is one of it's few redeeming qualities.
the worst service. had a 630 reservation and didn't get out food until 8pm. sat down at 635, order was not taken until 715 . waitress acted annoyed when we asked for staple items to a dining table. food was good but not good enough to deal with the service. also, apparently on the menu, the tacos take the longest to make....?
two arrived at 6:40 on a quiet wednesday evening, Aug 30, '17 several tables open, 4 people working the front. seated promptly next to the front window, given some waters, and told we'd be helped in one minute. about 5 minutes later someone else came by and told us they'd be right with us. another 5 minutes passed and told us the same thing. meanwhile, we're sitting at the table, menus in hand, trying to flag anyone down to see if there was interest in helping us dine? no eye contact, even though everyone near us had their dishes taken or checks delivered or waters refilled. waited till 7:05 then hit the road. the people seated next to us apologized as we got up, and i think one of the waitresses looked over as we exited the door? very disappointing, as we've heard great things and were recommended this restaurant by several people while we were staying here on business. i wanted to enjoy this place, as the food looked good from other people's tables. + 1 star for the tap water and folded napkins though, as i cant give zero stars.
